Order
Please allow up to 40 working days for all bespoke footwear to be crafted & shipped to your chosen destination.
Unfortunately all bespoke orders are non refundable.
All footwear has been hand crafted using natural materials in Portugal. All bespoke hand painted designs are painted using a specific acrylic paint for leather goods which is waterproof & crack resistant. Please note, the materials used are delicate and we advise customers to wear with the same love and care which the shoes have been created with.
If you are needing to clean your footwear we advise using only water and a soft cloth. Gently rub the required area without applying heavy force. Although the paintwork is waterproof we recommend not over wearing this product in wet weather conditions to reduce the risk of damage occurring. Please store in a dry and cool area. We recommend using a shoe tree to fill the shoe when it is not being used.
