If you believe that a Product has been delivered in a damaged or faulty state or has developed a fault, we kindly request that you inform us promptly, preferably in written form, providing your name, address, and order reference. Product Information

Although we have made efforts to present Products as accurately as possible with the help of photographs and other images on our website, please be aware that the on-screen representation of detailing such as colour, pattern, texture, etc. may depend on the settings of your screen/device and may not precisely reflect the actual detailing of the Product upon receipt.

Any sizing information provided on the website is intended as a guide only. If you have any uncertainties regarding the size of a particular Product you wish to order, we advise you to contact us before placing your order - please refer to contact us page.

Shipping

All shipping outside of the UK is subject to custom and duty fees as defined by the country of importation. JRD Studios is not responsible for fees associated with importation. All fees, duty or other taxes must be paid by the parcel recipient. If the recipient refuses to pay the customs and duty fee the parcel will be returned to JRD Studios and a refund will be issued to the recipient with a deduction of the shipping fees.

Cancellation

Cancellations can only be placed within 24 hours of the order being placed as long as fulfilment has not occurred. Cancellations will only be accepted in extreme circumstances and will only be valid within 24 hours of the order being placed. We have the right to cancel any order that deems to raise concern or any suspicious nature. Cancellations will be clarified with an explanation from a member of our team.

Redirecting delivery 

If your order has had to be redirected due to an incorrect address delays may occur. All parcels incomplete to be delivered will be returned to JRD Studios and customers will be contacted to update the address. Please note this process can take longer than a standard delivery time.
